C'H'C'M' Shop New York accepts returns on full-priced items within 14 days of the original delivery date, provided they are in unworn, original condition with all tags attached. Please note that all sale items, underwear, and grooming products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Manhattan location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects and approves the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
